Phase I of HeYou Talent Housing Project Successfully Topped Out, Helping Shunde Build a "Strong Magnetic Field" for Talent Attraction and Gathering

The HeYou Talent Housing Project is located on the east side of the HeYou International Hospital project (under construction) in Beijiao Town, Shunde District, Foshan City. Situated in the Beijiao New Town, the project covers an area of 55,957.81 square meters (approximately 84 mu), with a total construction area exceeding 190,000 square meters. It plans to build 12 residential buildings with over 1,000 talent apartments; it includes a supporting kindergarten with 12 classes; and it will construct a business conference hotel with a building area of approximately 10,000 square meters.

The phase that has been topped out is Phase I of the talent housing project, comprising 4 residential buildings, one kindergarten, and one hotel. Phase I is scheduled for delivery with fine decoration in March next year, offering a total of 384 talent apartments with floor plans of 105 square meters, 125 square meters, and 140 square meters.

The foundation work for Phase I of the talent housing project commenced on July 20, 2022, and the main structure was fully topped out on May 10, 2023, taking 207 days. Under the premise of achieving first-time quality excellence and zero safety incidents, the full topping-out was achieved 20 days ahead of schedule! Particularly in prefabricated construction, Meicheng Construction achieved a construction speed significantly ahead of the industry average through reasonable process overlapping and standardized workflow organization. Under the requirements of ensuring safety, high standards, and high quality, it realized a construction speed of 4 days per standard floor. The quality is excellent, and the project has been recommended by the Prefabricated Construction Association of the Foshan Municipal Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development as a demonstration site for prefabricated construction in Foshan. It is the first project in Shunde District to achieve a prefabrication rate of 50%.
