Party Building Think Tank Experts "Seminar on Enhancing High-Quality Development of Hospital Culture" Held at HeYou Hospital

      On the afternoon of January 13, the fourth phase of the Party Building Think Tank Expert Seminar on "Enhancing High-Quality Development of Hospital Culture," hosted by the Guangdong Provincial Health and Wellness Ideological and Political Work Promotion Association (hereinafter referred to as the "Provincial Health and Political Promotion Association"), was held at HeYou International Hospital Group. Expert representatives gathered together to discuss strategies for the high-quality development of hospital culture.

      Leaders and experts including Deng Linfeng, Deputy Secretary of the Joint Party Committee of Private Hospitals and Health Social Organizations of the Province; Zhang Ning, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Disciplinary Committee of the directly affiliated organs of the Provincial Health Commission; Qi Yutai, Executive Vice President and Leader of the Expert Group of the Provincial Health and Political Promotion Association; Song Ruliang, Director of the Rule of Law Guangdong Research Center of the Provincial Party Committee Party School, Secretary and Director of the Emergency Management Teaching and Research Department; Chen Zhide, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Foshan Municipal Health Bureau; and Tang Hongwei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the directly affiliated organs of the Shunde District Health Bureau, attended the meeting. Liu Xiaofang, Deputy Director of the Management Committee and President of HeYou International Hospital Group, and Lie Haijian, Deputy Director of the Management Committee and Vice President of HeYou International Hospital Group, also participated in the meeting.

Jointly Discussing Hospital Culture Construction in the New Era

At the seminar, Qi Yutai, Executive Vice President and Leader of the Expert Group of the Provincial Health and Political Promotion Association, delivered a keynote speech titled "Implementing the ‘President Responsibility System under the Leadership of the Party Committee’ Requires Efforts from Five Dimensions." Xi Fang, Vice President of the Provincial Health and Political Promotion Association, delivered a keynote speech titled "Hospital Culture Construction Needs to Achieve Five ‘Must-Avoids’." Party Building think tank experts Song Ruliang, Wu Zigang, and Ji Lin shared insights on building a new type of hospital that meets the needs of the new era of rule of law construction, as well as the problems and reflections in the construction of hospital cultural concepts.

Zhai Lixiang, President of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University; Zhou Lin, Party Secretary of Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital; Li Wenhua, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Guangdong Second Provincial General Hospital; Liu Yongyao, Party Secretary of Foshan First People's Hospital; Zhang Bin, Party Secretary of Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine; and Liang Hongfeng, Party Secretary of Yangjiang People's Hospital, also introduced their respective explorations and innovative experiences in hospital Party building and cultural construction management. The experts freely expressed their views and shared their insights, working together to strengthen Party building.

Deng Linfeng, Deputy Secretary of the Joint Party Committee of Private Hospitals and Health Social Organizations of the Province, emphasized that hospital culture construction is one of the driving forces for hospital development and a spiritual source that empowers high-quality hospital development. It is essential to keep in mind the cultural mission of the new era, adhere to the scientific, systematic, and people-oriented nature of cultural construction, and use hospital culture to build consensus and strength, thereby empowering the high-quality development of the hospital.
