02 Upright Heart and Diligence • The First Lesson at HeYou

Li Li, Director of the HeYou International Hospital Project Management Committee; Liu Xiaofang, Deputy Director and President of the Hospital; Lie Haijian, Deputy Director and Vice President of the Hospital; Wang Jianming, Vice President of HeYou International Hospital Project; and Li Hengxu, Human Resources Director and Office Director of HeYou International Hospital Project, delivered on-site lectures, guiding the “new stars” of HeYou to deeply understand the four core values established by the hospital: “Upright Heart, Diligence, Pioneering, and Vision.”

It is believed that they will carry a reverence for life, uphold the principle of “patient-centeredness,” and venture into the vast expanse of the medical world.

03 Passionate Team Building • Unity for Mutual Success

What does the future of HeYou look like in your mind? What is the ideal hospital that your team envisions together?

This team-building activity, themed around co-creating the HeYou Future City, invited everyone to envision their own HeYou.

Every XingYou participated in the entire process of co-construction, collaborating and cooperating, integrating into the HeYou culture, and envisioning the HeYou blueprint. The completion of the HeYou Future City will quickly ignite a profound sense of achievement within each individual and a sense of belonging to the hospital.

04 Expert Guidance • Pursuing Light on the Medical Path

During the “Face-to-Face with Experts” session, Professor Lu Jiade, Vice President of HeYou International Hospital Project and Director of the Comprehensive Cancer Center and Proton and Heavy Ion Tumor Treatment Center; Professor Ding Chengyun, Director of the Neurology Department of HeYou International Hospital Project; Professor Liang Hong, Director of the Nuclear Medicine Department; Lv Chunmei, Director of Nursing; and Li Hanqin, Director of Supply Chain Management, among other experts, took the stage to share their career experiences with the “XingYou.” Vice President Zheng Qijin provided a detailed explanation of HeYou's business development and discipline planning for the XingYou.

The “Navigators” of HeYou encouraged everyone to make timely plans for their own career development paths, while emphasizing the need for continuous learning and the courage to climb higher in order to go further.

05  Experience Sharing • Advice from Senior Colleagues

Entering the workplace for the first time inevitably brings confusion and uncertainty. To help the “XingYou” become familiar with and integrate into the work environment more quickly, the 2022 XingYou Xiang Wenwei, Su Kunyi, Liu Ying, and Li Baoqin made a surprise appearance, sharing their work experience and gains since joining the company with their junior colleagues. From clinical learning to “workplace” insights, from team integration to personal growth, the valuable experience of these senior colleagues will serve as a guiding light on the career development path of the 2023 “XingYou,” illuminating their way forward.

06  Journey of Midea • Painting a New Blueprint

On the last day of the training camp, the “new stars” of HeYou stepped out of the camp and “checked in” at Midea Group and the HeYou International Hospital Project Office, personally learning about Midea's culture and understanding the latest developments in HeYou's preparation.

07 Closing Ceremony • Commendation of Excellence

The closing ceremony was simple yet dignified. Deputy Director and Vice President of the Hospital, Lie Haijian, and Vice President Wang Jianming presented awards to the outstanding groups and outstanding trainees. ▼
