By introducing the globally leading CCM (cobas® connection modules) laboratory automation solution, it aims to promote the intelligent upgrade of medical laboratory science, assist the hospital in enhancing its comprehensive strength, and benefit the people of Foshan and even the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

The co-establishment of the "Roche Excellence Demonstration Center" is a significant step in the hospital's development, which will promote the hospital's intelligent construction, support the high-level development of private healthcare, and contribute to China's medical and health undertakings.

As a key construction project of Guangdong Province, HeYou International Hospital Group originates from the public welfare aspiration of Mr. He Xiangjian, the founder of Midea, to "benefit the hometown and give back to society." It is funded and established by Midea Holding, located in Beijiao Town, Shunde District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, situated in the core area of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the geometric center of the Guangzhou-Foshan pole.

HeYou International Hospital Group covers a total area of 386 mu, with a total construction area of 580,000 square meters and a planned 1,500 beds. It has currently completed and put into use the administrative building, medical complex building, IMC building, and Phase I talent apartments. With the help of Roche's fully automated track-based testing platform and intelligent data monitoring system, the batch testing completion time for over a thousand samples per day in the laboratory center has been reduced from 8 hours to 4 hours, and the average sample turnaround time has been shortened by nearly 50%. This significantly reduces patient waiting time, effectively accelerates clinical decision-making and the diagnosis and treatment process, thereby improving patient satisfaction."

It is reported that the newly introduced CCM laboratory automation solution in the hospital's Medical Laboratory Center connects pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical testing equipment via tracks. Combined with the i-Board 2.0 intelligent large-screen monitoring system, it effectively simplifies the previously complex sample workflow and manual operations, enhances the visualization of experimental data, helps laboratory personnel monitor the laboratory status in real-time, and provides clinicians with more accurate, reliable, and timely test reports.

Furthermore, the testing platform connected by CCM can provide a rich and complete range of high-quality, high-medical-value testing items, including high-sensitivity troponin T (hs-cTnT), creatine kinase-MB isoenzyme (CK-MB), myoglobin (MYO) and other cardiac markers, as well as N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-ProBNP) for heart failure disease management. This assists the hospital in fully leveraging the advantages of its Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Medical Center to provide patients with more comprehensive and high-quality diagnosis and treatment services.
