I. Eligible Beneficiaries

Patients aged 65 years and above (based on the date of birth on the ID card).

II. Benefit Details

Waiver of General Outpatient Registration Fee: Patients aged 65 and above can enjoy the benefit of waived registration fees for same-day and advance appointments in general outpatient clinics.

Applicable Registration Methods: Manual counter registration, official WeChat account/self-service machine registration, and 400 online platform appointment.

III. Special Notes   

1. The date of birth on the ID card shall prevail. If the patient is under 65 years old on the day of appointment registration (even if they turn 65 on the day of the visit), the registration fee must still be paid.

2. This promotional offer is limited to general outpatient clinics. Emergency, special needs, MDT, and specialist outpatient clinics are not eligible for the registration fee waiver.

3. When patients aged 65 and above make an appointment through the 400 platform, the system will automatically complete the registration and waive the registration fee. No on-site payment is required. On the day of the visit, patients can proceed directly to the clinic area for check-in based on the appointment information.
