In active response to the national “Healthy China” strategy, and to promote scientific research innovation and clinical practice development in the field of bone and joint diseases, particularly patellar dislocation diagnosis and treatment, as well as to foster in-depth exchange and collaborative cooperation in sports medicine within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the “Advanced Training Course on Patellar Dislocation Diagnosis and Treatment & the 2nd Greater Bay Area HeYou Voice Sports Medicine Academic Conference,” hosted by the Shunde District Medical Association and organized by HeYou Hospital under HeYou International Hospital Group, was successfully held on July 13th at HeYou Hospital in Shunde, Foshan.

This conference brought together numerous experts, scholars, clinical骨干, and industry peers in the fields of sports medicine and bone and joint surgery from the Greater Bay Area and across the country, jointly building a high-quality, results-oriented platform for academic exchange and skill enhancement.

Consolidating Foundations, Enhancing Skills, Advanced Training Emphasizing Practice

As a key component of the conference, the “Advanced Training Course on Patellar Dislocation Diagnosis and Treatment” focused on enhancing clinicians’ capabilities in precise diagnosis and standardized, individualized treatment. The curriculum balanced theory and practice, covering core topics such as the latest diagnostic and treatment concepts for patellar dislocation, precise imaging assessment, surgical strategies for complex cases (e.g., medial patellofemoral ligament reconstruction/repair, tibial tubercle osteotomy), perioperative rehabilitation management, and complication prevention. Through expert lectures, case discussions, and other formats, the course provided attending physicians with opportunities for in-depth learning and skill refinement, effectively promoting the standardized application of patellar dislocation diagnosis and treatment techniques.

Bay Area Synergy, Academic Integration, Forum Discusses Frontier Hotspots

As the core segment of this conference, the “Advanced Training Course on Patellar Dislocation Diagnosis and Treatment” deeply focused on the entire process of patellar dislocation diagnosis and treatment through a three-dimensional model of expert lectures, surgical demonstration analysis, and case discussions. The curriculum closely targeted clinical pain points, inviting renowned domestic experts to deliver courses. The course simultaneously addressed tibial tubercle osteotomy, perioperative rehabilitation management pathways, and complication prevention strategies. By analyzing technical details through surgical demonstrations, it strengthened participants’ ability to manage complex cases individually, promoting the standardized implementation of patellar dislocation diagnosis and treatment techniques.

Building Consensus, Collaborative Development, Shoulder Pain Disease Diagnosis and Treatment Alliance Officially Established

A significant outcome of this conference was the official establishment of the “Shoulder Pain Disease Diagnosis and Treatment Alliance.” This alliance aims to integrate high-quality medical resources within Shunde District, establish a standardized collaborative network for shoulder pain disease diagnosis and treatment, and elevate the overall level of regional shoulder joint disease management. The founding member units of the alliance include: Guangdong Tongjiang Hospital, Shunde District Daliang Hospital, Shunde District Third People’s Hospital, Lunjiao Hospital, Xingtan Hospital Affiliated to Shunde Hospital of Southern Medical University, Shunde Heping Orthopedic Hospital, Shunde Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, Shunde District Lecong Hospital, Shunde District Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, Chencun Hospital Affiliated to Shunde Hospital of Southern Medical University, Guangdong Medical University Shunde Women and Children’s Hospital, and HeYou Hospital.
