Typhoon-Related Clinic Suspension and Patient Visit Tips

Dear Patients and Residents:

To effectively prepare for the super typhoon“Hua Jiasha” and ensure patient safety during the typhoon weather, we hereby remind you of the following arrangements for medical visits during the typhoon period:

I. Clinic Suspension Arrangements

HeYou Hospital, HeYou Zhizhen Hospital, and HeYou Meihe Hospital will suspend all regular outpatient services and the Health Examination Center for the entire day on September 24 (including evening clinics). The Emergency Department and Inpatient Department will operate as usual.

II. Patient Visit Reminders

Outpatient services will resume normal operations starting September 25. Specialists whose clinics were suspended on September 24 will have make-up clinics scheduled on September 25 or September 26. For details, please follow the “HeYou Health” WeChat official account.

Patients in need of medical attention may reschedule their appointments based on their individual circumstances. If on-site appointments are fully booked, we will provide additional appointment services at the front desks of each outpatient clinic area to ensure all consultation needs are met.

III. Handling of Pre-Scheduled Appointments

For patients who have pre-scheduled outpatient examination items, it is recommended to postpone non-urgent examinations and treatments. Patients can reschedule their appointments. If online appointments are fully booked, we will provide on-site appointment coordination services at the examination front desk.

IV. Refund Processing

Patients who have already paid the outpatient consultation fee (registration fee) can cancel their appointments via our hospital’s WeChat official account or process the refund at the on-site manual payment counter.

We kindly ask all residents to closely monitor the typhoon updates, take preventive measures in advance, minimize outdoor activities, and prioritize personal safety. For inquiries or assistance, please call our hospital consultation hotline at 400-0662-333. For emergency medical needs, please visit the Emergency Department or call 120. We are dedicated to serving you.
