On the afternoon of September 13, 2025, His Excellency Nasser Al Busaidi, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to China, and his delegation visited HeYou International Hospital Group for an exchange. Both parties held in-depth discussions on multi-dimensional cooperation in the healthcare field and conducted fruitful explorations on topics including cancer prevention and treatment, the internationalization of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), medical technology exchange, and international patient referral.
Ambassador Nasser Al Busaidi arrived at HeYou Hospital accompanied by Dr. Faiz, President of the Dubai TCM Association, and Ms. Luo Xuran, Liaison Officer of the Embassy. They were warmly received by Li Li, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Management Committee of HeYou International Hospital Group, along with relevant business representatives from Midea Group's Building Technologies Division.
The Ambassador and his delegation toured the advanced medical facilities and environment of HeYou Hospital and HeYou Zhizhen Hospital, gaining a detailed understanding of the hospital's international construction standards, cutting-edge medical technologies, and patient-centered service philosophy. During the visit to the HeYou Proton and Heavy Ion Center, both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on the clinical advantages and application prospects of proton and heavy ion therapy in radiation oncology.
During the exchange meeting, Ambassador Nasser Al Busaidi highly commended HeYou Hospital's advanced medical technologies, management expertise, and equipment standards. He noted the strong demand in the medical markets of Oman and the Middle East, expressing a desire to learn from China's advanced medical technologies and hospital management experience, as well as to introduce high-end medical equipment. Noting that Oman already has cooperative foundations with countries such as Thailand, India, and Germany, he looks forward to exploring feasible cooperation models with HeYou Hospital in areas such as proton and heavy ion therapy, TCM applications, and medical city development. The Ambassador specifically invited the HeYou team to visit Oman to inspect the medical city project, promoting two-way exchanges and technical cooperation.
Dr. Faiz, founder of the first TCM rehabilitation center in the Middle East, studied TCM in China 40 years ago, served as the Director of King Saud Hospital, and is a senior advisor to royal families and medical institutions across multiple Middle Eastern countries. He introduced the potential of the Salalah region in Oman as a medical tourism destination, expressing a desire to deepen cooperation with HeYou Hospital in areas such as the internationalization of TCM and patient referral.
The HeYou Zhizhen Hospital team introduced the hospital's premium positioning and service advantages: Zhizhen Hospital features an International Consultation Center and international referral channels, capable of providing professional international referral support services; it can invite top global experts to conduct consultations for patients and formulate optimal treatment plans.
Zong Rui, Director of the Clinical Medical Research Center, shared HeYou Hospital's research progress and practical applications in cutting-edge fields such as cell therapy, bacterial drugs, and electronic drugs, expressing anticipation for technical exchanges and clinical collaboration with Oman.
