To better serve follow-up patients and enhance the medical experience, HeYou Internet Hospital will begin trial operation on November 17, 2025.

The initial phase covers 10 major departments, supporting text and image consultations + online ordering of tests and examinations, allowing you to enjoy professional and convenient medical services from the comfort of your home!

Service Highlights

Target Patients: Only follow-up patients who have had an in-person visit at HeYou Hospital within the past 6 months.

Service Scope: During the trial period, only text and image consultations and online ordering of tests and examinations are available. Prescription and delivery services are not yet offered.

Examination Process: After online ordering and payment, visit the hospital for the examination at the scheduled time. The process is the same as in-person visits.

Response Time: The doctor will respond within 24 hours. If no response is received within this timeframe, the system will automatically cancel the appointment and issue a full refund via the original payment method.

Fee Information: The service is currently self-pay only and does not support medical insurance payments. Consultation fees, test and examination fees are consistent with in-person visits, with no additional service charges.

This pilot covers Oncology, Sports Medicine, Neurology, Cardiology, Pediatrics, Gynecology, Obstetrics, General Surgery (Thyroid and Breast Surgery, Hepatobiliary Surgery, Gastrointestinal Surgery), Thoracic Surgery, and Dermatology, encompassing ten core clinical departments.
