HeYou Hospital's First Volunteer Training Successfully Concluded!

On the morning of May 25th, over 50 HeYou volunteers participated in the first volunteer training session at HeYou Hospital. This training was the second session of the HeYou volunteer training series (the first session was held at MeiHe Hospital) and also the inaugural training at HeYou Hospital.
The on-site training was rich in content and diverse in format. Theoretical courses included an introduction to HeYou Hospital, volunteer service etiquette training, service standards, and planning of volunteer service points within the hospital campus. These foundational courses aimed to deepen volunteers' understanding of hospital operations.
During the training, the volunteers demonstrated a high level of participation and enthusiasm for learning. They listened attentively and practiced actively, embodying their passion for the medical field through concrete actions.
In the future, HeYou Hospital will continue to refine its volunteer training system, continuously improve service quality, and provide patients with more professional and humane medical services.
