In accordance with the "Regulations on the Administration of Construction Project Environmental Protection" and the "Interim Measures for the Acceptance of Completed Construction Project Environmental Protection", the completion environmental protection acceptance of the HeYou International Hospital Construction Project is hereby publicly announced as follows:

I. Project Overview
1. Construction Unit: Guangdong Hekang Medical Management Co., Ltd.
2. Project Name: HeYou International Hospital Construction Project
3. Construction Location: Plot east of Yifeng Road and south of Planned Hengyi Road, Beijiao Town, Shunde District, Foshan City (Center Coordinates: N22.951989°, E113.206676°)
4. Construction Content: Total land area of 152,234.27 square meters, total building area of 380,904.50 square meters. Main buildings include the Medical Technology and Inpatient Complex (14 floors), International Medical Center (9 floors), Infectious Disease Outpatient Building (2 floors), and Administrative Office Complex (12 floors). Planned bed capacity of 1,500, daily outpatient and emergency visits of approximately 6,500, and a staff of 2,350.
5. Total Investment: Approximately RMB 6 billion.

II. Environmental Protection Approval and Measures
1. EIA Approval: Obtained approval from the Foshan Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment in July 2021 (Document No. Fohuan 03 Huanshen [2021] No. 0086).
2. Pollutant Discharge Permit: Obtained the Pollutant Discharge Permit on May 11, 2024 (Permit No.: 52440606MJL6672592001V).
3. Environmental Protection Facilities: Supporting facilities including a wastewater treatment station, liquid oxygen station, underground nuclear medicine and radiotherapy departments were constructed, implementing the "Three Simultaneities" system.
4. Remarks: The Infectious Disease Department is not yet operational and is not included in the scope of this acceptance.

III. Overview of Acceptance Work
1. Acceptance Unit: Jiangmen Xin'an Environmental Monitoring and Testing Co., Ltd.
2. Monitoring Period: September 2-3, 2024, and November 14-15, 2024
3. Acceptance Content: Conducted on-site inspection and monitoring of the project's environmental protection facility construction, pollutant discharge, environmental management, and emergency response, and compiled the acceptance monitoring report.

IV. Acceptance Conclusion
Based on the monitoring results and environmental management inspection, the project's environmental protection facilities are operating normally, pollutant discharge complies with national and local standards, meets the requirements of the EIA and its approval, and is eligible for completion environmental protection acceptance.
