Department Introduction
The Department of Neurology integrates medical care, education, and research to provide international-standard services for the diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, and prevention of neurological diseases.
Equipped with internationally advanced medical devices and garden-hotel-style wards, the department demonstrates high expertise and specialized features in diagnosing and treating various neurological conditions, including refractory epilepsy, cerebrovascular diseases, neurodegenerative diseases, cognitive and movement disorders, autoimmune neurological diseases, and sleep-emotional disorders.
-
Diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy and paroxysmal disorders
For epilepsy patients with poor seizure control despite long-term use of first-line antiepileptic drugs, comprehensive evaluations including long-term EEG monitoring, blood drug concentration tests, and necessary biochemical examinations are conducted to rigorously assess the epilepsy diagnosis, clarify seizure types and etiological diagnosis, and formulate standardized treatment plans; remote consultations are conducted in collaboration with the Beijing Anti-Epilepsy Association Consultation Center.
-
Interventional diagnosis and treatment of cerebrovascular diseases
Leveraging advanced imaging platforms such as DSA, MR, and CT for multimodal assessment, enabling efficient and standardized implementation of interventional diagnosis and treatment.
-
Early diagnosis and treatment of cognitive dysfunction
HeYou Hospital is among the first in China to introduce Lecanemab. Lecanemab therapy is currently the only treatment that can slow the progression of Alzheimer's disease and reduce the rate of cognitive decline through this mechanism of action; the department will gradually develop specialized features in diagnosis and treatment.

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy
The principle of hyperbaric oxygen therapy utilizes the effects of pressure and oxygen on cells to promote healing, reduce inflammation, and assist in managing infections. This treatment method has demonstrated significant efficacy in various medical fields, particularly in treating chronic wounds, decompression sickness, and certain neurological diseases.
