Department Introduction

HeYou Intensive Care Medicine undertakes the rescue of critically ill patients inside and outside the hospital, monitoring and treatment of high-risk postoperative patients, and rehabilitation of chronic critically ill patients.

Main diseases treated include cardiac arrest, severe pneumonia, acute exacerbation of chronic respiratory disease, acute respiratory failure, acute heart failure, acute myocardial infarction, cardiogenic shock, severe infection, septic shock, multiple trauma, severe traumatic brain injury, stroke, acute kidney injury, and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome.

  • Blood Purification Technology

    Including conventional techniques such as hemofiltration, plasma exchange, and hemoperfusion, as well as bilirubin adsorption, inflammatory factor adsorption, perfusion adsorption, DPMAS (Dual Plasma Molecular Adsorption System), and Molecular Adsorbent Recirculating System (MARS).

  • Hemodynamic Monitoring

    The department is equipped with bedside ultrasound, PICCO, Swan-Ganz catheter, and Vigileo for non-invasive and invasive hemodynamic monitoring, enabling individualized precision treatment for shock patients.

  • Respiratory Support Technology

    The department is equipped with Mindray 650 and 850 high-end ventilators, capable of providing invasive, non-invasive, and high-flow nasal cannula respiratory support, esophageal pressure monitoring, and respiratory mechanics monitoring. The team is qualified to establish an ECMO team, achieving full-process management from treatment to rehabilitation for severe pneumonia patients.

  • Neurocritical Care Monitoring

    The department is equipped with a non-invasive intracranial pressure monitor, a non-invasive cerebral oxygen monitor, bedside ultrasound, and bispectral index for comprehensive monitoring of patients with severe intracranial injury.

  • Rehabilitation Therapy for Chronic Critically Ill Patients

    The department is staffed with professional respiratory and rehabilitation therapists, and collaborates with the Rehabilitation Medicine Department, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Department, Clinical Nutrition Department, and Brain Science and Neuromedical Center to carry out rehabilitation, awakening, and weaning treatment for chronic critically ill patients who cannot be weaned from ICU treatment in a short time.

  • Intelligent Integrated Management of Inpatient Information

    An independently developed intelligent information system for medical care, nursing, and intensive care monitoring enables synchronous acquisition of life support device information, achieving one-click initiation of rescue, dynamic nursing/condition analysis, and risk identification for patients.
