It comprises the Endoscopy Diagnosis and Treatment Center, Gastroenterology Ward, Gastroenterology Outpatient Clinic, and Hepatology Specialty Clinic, with a total of 11 examination rooms including routine gastroscopy and colonoscopy rooms, endoscopic ultrasound rooms, capsule endoscopy rooms, ERCP rooms, and VIP examination rooms. The department is equipped with advanced devices such as Fuji VP7000, Olympus CV290 endoscopy processors, high-definition endoscopes and magnifying endoscopes, endoscopic ultrasound systems, Erbe VIO3 high-frequency electrosurgical units, HybridKnife, and argon plasma coagulation units.
-
Painless Gastroscopy and Colonoscopy
The Endoscopy Center routinely performs painless gastroscopy and colonoscopy under general anesthesia, allowing patients to complete examinations and treatments while "asleep." This method is simple, safe, and offers high comfort.
-
PSD/EMR/ESD/APC
Endoscopic techniques such as high-frequency electrocoagulation (PSD), mucosal resection/dissection (EMR/ESD), and argon plasma coagulation (APC) are used to treat gastrointestinal polyps, benign tumors, and early-stage gastric/colorectal cancers.
-
Endoscopic Management of Acute Gastrointestinal Bleeding
For esophageal and gastric variceal bleeding, endoscopic ligation and/or sclerotherapy are employed; for non-variceal gastrointestinal bleeding, methods such as endoscopic drug spraying, high-frequency electrocoagulation, tissue glue injection, and mechanical hemostasis with clips are utilized under direct visualization.
-
Balloon Dilation and Metal Stent Therapy
Gastrointestinal strictures can be benign or malignant. For benign strictures, balloon dilation can achieve a curative effect; for malignant strictures, metal stent placement is required.
-
Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography
This procedure can treat conditions such as common bile duct stones, chronic pancreatitis, acute suppurative cholangitis, and obstructive jaundice caused by bile duct cancer or pancreatic head masses.
-
Endoscopic Sclerotherapy/Ligation for Internal Hemorrhoids
It is used to treat bleeding and prolapse caused by Grade I and II internal hemorrhoids. This is a non-surgical, endoscopic treatment with minimal side effects, allowing patients to continue normal work and daily life.
