Department Introduction
The Infectious Disease Department of HeYou Hospital is located in an independent area of the hospital (Fever Clinic Building), with its own laboratory, imaging room, and related examination equipment. It is equipped with multifunctional ECG monitors, defibrillators, ventilators, and other monitoring and life support equipment. The first floor houses the Hepatology Clinic, Intestinal Clinic, and Fever Clinic, while the second floor houses the Hepatology/Hepatitis Ward and Infection/Fever Ward.
The department currently has 2 medical staff, including 1 Deputy Chief Physician and 1 Resident Physician. The department director has over 30 years of clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases (including communicable diseases) and has participated in the prevention and control of major infectious diseases such as Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS), Human Infection with Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza, COVID-19, and AIDS. He has extensive clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of viral hepatitis, liver failure, cirrhotic ascites, fatty liver disease, alcoholic liver disease, drug-induced liver injury, autoimmune liver disease, liver cancer, fever of unknown origin, and infectious diseases (bacterial, fungal, viral, and parasitic).

Viral Hepatitis (Hepatitis A, B, C, E), Liver Fibrosis, Liver Cirrhosis and its complications (Ascites, Spontaneous Bacterial Peritonitis, Hepatorenal Syndrome), Severe Hepatitis/Liver Failure, Fatty Liver Disease, Alcoholic Liver Disease, Drug-Induced Liver Disease, Autoimmune Liver Disease (Autoimmune Hepatitis, Primary Biliary Cholangitis, Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis), Inherited Metabolic Liver Diseases, etc.

Primarily targeting notifiable infectious diseases and other infectious diseases managed under Category B and C, including COVID-19, SARS, AIDS, Viral Hepatitis, Human Infection with Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza, Hemorrhagic Fever with Renal Syndrome, Dengue Fever, Mpox, Severe Fever with Thrombocytopenia Syndrome, Dysentery, Typhoid Fever, Scarlet Fever, Brucellosis, Leptospirosis, Influenza, Infectious Diarrhea, Mumps, Liver Fluke Disease, Cysticercosis, etc.
