2. Various White Blood Cell Disorders: Leukopenia, agranulocytosis, leukemoid reaction, infectious mononucleosis, etc.
3. Bleeding Disorders: Thrombocytopenic purpura, Henoch-Schonlein purpura, acquired platelet dysfunction, hereditary and secondary coagulation disorders, disseminated intravascular coagulation, etc.
4. Hematologic Malignancies: Acute and chronic leukemias, various types of lymphoma (including malignant histiocytosis), multiple myeloma, Waldenstrom macroglobulinemia, POEMS syndrome, hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis, myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN, including chronic myeloid leukemia, polycythemia vera, essential thrombocythemia, primary myelofibrosis, etc.), autologous and allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for hematologic diseases.
5. Unexplained fever, anemia, hepatosplenomegaly, lymphadenopathy, and other difficult-to-diagnose conditions.
-
Comprehensive Assessment, Precision Diagnosis
MICM classification for various types of hematologic diseases: Morphology, Immunology, Cytogenetics, and Molecular biology for more precise diagnosis and staging.
-
Individualized Chemotherapy Regimen
Develop the most suitable chemotherapy regimen based on patient age, physical condition, and disease stage.
-
High-Dose Chemotherapy
High-dose Ara-C, high-dose MTX, and other regimens to further improve treatment outcomes for refractory/relapsed hematologic malignancies and prolong survival.
-
Immunotherapy, Precision Targeted Therapy
Modulate the immune system response, enhance the body's resistance to disease, and help the body fight cancer, infections, etc. Drugs mainly include monoclonal antibodies, antibody-drug conjugates, bispecific antibodies, checkpoint inhibitors, various small molecule inhibitors and immunomodulators, CAR-T therapy, etc. The department head pioneered early CAR-T therapy in China, is proficient in CAR-T treatment for various hematologic diseases, and has extensive experience in treatment timing, conditioning regimen selection, and management of post-infusion side effects.

Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation
Includes umbilical cord blood hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, combined hematopoietic stem cell + bone marrow + umbilical cord transplantation, and bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell transplantation for treating related graft-versus-host disease and poor hematopoiesis.
