Department Introduction
The Gynecology Department of HeYou Hospital has already carried out all minimally invasive surgeries of Grade I to IV under colposcopy, hysteroscopy, and laparoscopy; it is committed to the research of standardized, normalized, and refined multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment methods for malignant tumors; in terms of cervical cancer prevention/screening management and the rational application of colposcopy, especially in Loop Electrosurgical Excision Procedure (LEEP) and Cold Knife Conization (CKC), it has contributed to the prevention and reduction of the incidence of cervical cancer.
The Gynecology Department currently has 4 chief physicians, 1 associate chief physician, 1 attending physician, and 5 resident physicians, and is continuously strengthening its medical team. The department has 22 open beds. The academic leader of the Gynecology Department of HeYou Hospital is Chief Physician Chen Jianguo, formerly the Deputy Director of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Director of the Second Gynecology Department/Reproductive Medicine Center of Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital. The department places high importance on updating basic theoretical knowledge and clinical medical practice techniques, maintains good exchanges with multiple large domestic and international medical institutions, and all members actively participate in national and international academic conferences to stay abreast of the latest developments in the field both domestically and internationally. It guides clinical practice with the latest standardized clinical guidelines and provides patients with comprehensive, high-level services with the best service attitude, striving to achieve the most optimal treatment outcomes.
