HeYou International Hospital Group 2023 Human Resources Supplier Conference Successfully Held

With the theme "Walking the Path of Harmony, Forging Ahead Together," the conference was attended by over 40 partner representatives, Li Li, Director of the HeYou International Hospital Group Management Committee, and Li Hengxu, Member of the Management Committee and HR Director and Office Director of HeYou International Hospital Group.

Li Hengxu introduced the founding vision, organizational structure, and overall construction plan of HeYou International Hospital Group to the partners, sharing the progress made since the hospital's preparation began in areas such as cultural values, strategy, organization, talent, and mechanisms. Subsequently, Cao Xiaowei, Recruitment Lead of HeYou International Hospital, provided an in-depth interpretation and detailed analysis of the group's talent philosophy, hiring standards, and talent strategies.

 What is the current status of HeYou's preparation? What are the future business highlights? With these questions, the partners visited the Administrative Center and the hospital showroom. The showroom featured functional areas such as a nurse station, consultation room, double-patient ward, and restroom. Smart healthcare products like intelligent nursing service screens, bedside electronic terminals, and smart hospital beds sparked great interest among the attendees.

Seeing is believing. To give everyone a closer look at Midea and HeYou Hospital, the HR department also arranged a visit to HeYou Meihe Hospital.

As an incubator for HeYou International Hospital, HeYou Meihe Hospital will provide HeYou International Hospital with experience in high-end hospital operations, validate new ideas and methods, summarize results, and transplant them to HeYou Hospital.

To help partners deeply understand Midea's empowerment of HeYou's development, the partners also visited the Midea Group Digital Exhibition Hall and KUKA Robotics (Guangdong) Co., Ltd., gaining a more comprehensive understanding of Midea Group's practice path of "Technology for a Better Life."

Talent development is an inexhaustible driving force for the high-quality development of the hospital. The conference invited Ms. Chen Lulu, Senior Talent Development Director of DXY.cn, to deliver a keynote sharing on "Medical Talent Competition and Development." The event also featured a lively discussion on the development of medical talent amidst changes such as DRG payment reform and non-public medical policies.

At the conclusion of the conference, Li Li, Director of the HeYou International Hospital Group Management Committee, engaged in an in-depth exchange with the partners.
