To strengthen the cadre echelon construction, enhance the leadership and business thinking of middle and senior management, unify ideology, build consensus, and reinforce collaboration, on September 24, the Human Resources Department conducted a training session for middle and senior management in the multi-function hall on the third floor of Meihe Hospital. A total of 71 participants attended this training, including members of the Management Committee, department directors, department heads, head nurses, Feisi management team, and functional department cadres.

At the beginning of the training, an external financial expert delivered a course titled "Hospital Financial and Operational Management." The instructor provided a comprehensive overview of macro-level budget management, performance management, and financial analysis, and, using actual hospital cases and data, explained the fundamental financial knowledge that management personnel need to understand in an accessible manner.

During the break, Liu Ming, the head of the fitness department of the employee club, led all participants in a joyful aerobics session to stretch their muscles and dispel drowsiness.

Subsequently, the Human Resources Department invited Mr. Li Wei, a "Top Ten Leadership Experts in China," a training instructor for Tsinghua University, Renmin University of China, and Sun Yat-sen University, who has taught various business units of Midea multiple times, to deliver a thematic course on "Situational Leadership." Starting with the influencing factors of organizational execution, Mr. Li put forward the viewpoint that "leadership is an art, while management is a technique," and introduced several concepts of situational leadership in a lively and engaging manner. He then used detailed and rich cases to guide participants in analyzing the readiness levels of different types of employees and leadership behavior styles, supplemented by self-assessments, to learn how to lead different types of employees in a differentiated manner. The on-site participants were fully engaged, with laughter echoing and discussions in a lively atmosphere.

The one-day training concluded successfully. Going forward, the Human Resources Department will continue to design a series of targeted training programs to develop the leadership, learning and innovation capabilities, logical thinking skills, and execution abilities of management personnel, particularly transferable skills. This will accelerate the empowerment of individual development for management staff and provide a solid talent guarantee for the hospital's opening and operations.
