Building the Future Together - Midea Holding Non-Listed Industries 2024 Annual Business Conference Successfully Held
On December 28, 2023, the Midea Holding Non-Listed Industries 2024 Annual Business Conference was held at Junlan Heyue Club. With the theme “Building the Future Together,” the conference aimed to further strengthen collaboration and integration among various industries, encouraging them to join hands and create a bright future together.
The conference was presided over by Zhao Jun, Executive President of Midea Holding. First, each industry presented a summary report of their work in 2023 and outlined clear plans for development in 2024.

Following this, the conference recognized outstanding individuals and teams selected from each industry.

Subsequently, representatives from each industry signed the 2024 Responsibility Agreement, clarifying strategic objectives for the next phase.
Mr. He Xiangjian, Founder of Midea and Chairman of Midea Holding, signed the responsibility agreement with HeYou International Hospital.
At the conclusion of the conference, Mr. He Xiangjian, Founder of Midea and Chairman of Midea Holding, delivered a motivational speech. He highly commended the outstanding achievements of each industry in 2023, particularly the orderly progress of various projects at HeYou International Hospital Group, which laid a solid foundation for a high-quality, high-standard opening. The operational indicators of Junlan Development continued to improve; He Art Museum has become a new cultural landmark with growing brand influence; and HeTai Center met operational expectations. The core work of all non-listed industries is progressing steadily. The Chairman expressed deep satisfaction with the progress of the non-listed industries and thanked all employees for their contributions.
Addressing the challenges and transformations currently faced by each industry, the Chairman emphasized that despite domestic and international economic challenges, he is full of confidence in the future. He encouraged everyone to continue learning from Midea Group, adhere to long-termism, unite and collaborate, and always remain customer- and patient-centric.
Despite a long journey, the Chairman led everyone in reviewing the original aspirations and hardships of entrepreneurship, encouraging everyone to persist in building a great cause over the long term. “Our great cause can only succeed; it cannot fail!”
He emphasized: “We must engage in philanthropy over the long term, persistently focus on our strengths and strategic positioning, build our brand, earn a good reputation, uphold high quality, strengthen consumer trust in us, and cultivate customers over the long term. We must persevere with patience, doing so for one year, ten years, and a hundred years!”
As the New Year approaches, the Chairman extended his best wishes to everyone, hoping that they will continue to work hard and achieve their operational goals and key tasks in the coming year.
Over the past year, each industry has moved forward tirelessly. To thank employees for their hard work, the conference specially prepared a sumptuous dinner. The dinner began with a heartfelt speech by Mr. He Jianfeng, President of Midea Holding. Mr. He expressed his feeling of the warm atmosphere of the non-listed industries annual conference, affirmed everyone's efforts and contributions over the past year, and thanked the Chairman for providing a great platform for everyone to showcase their talents. “Everyone must continue to work hard to make our industries a model and benchmark within the sector. 2024 is an important year for Midea Holding. Here, I wish the 20th anniversary of Junlan Golf and the 10th anniversary of the He Charity Foundation a smooth and successful celebration, and I wish HeYou International Hospital a successful opening!”
