Critical Care Ultrasound Training Course and CCUSG Training Course Successfully Held at HeYou Hospital

This training course was tailored to clinical needs, offering a basic class and an advanced cardiac class (hemodynamics), attracting active participation from all staff of the HeYou Hospital Critical Care Medicine Department and physicians from other departments. Professor Wang Xiaoting from Peking Union Medical College Hospital, President Liu Xiaofang from HeYou International Hospital Group, and Director Liu Zhanguo from Zhujiang Hospital attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches. The event was chaired by Director Chang Ping of the HeYou Hospital Critical Care Medicine Department.

In his address, President Liu Xiaofang welcomed and thanked the colleagues participating in the training course. He mentioned that the HeYou critical care team, led by Professor Chang Ping, is composed of masters and doctors from major national tertiary hospitals, university-affiliated hospitals, and renowned medical universities, representing a high-level medical team.This training invited renowned experts in the field of critical care ultrasound from China to deliver excellent lectures, a truly rare opportunity.We believe that, like our colleagues in HeYou critical care, everyone cherishes this valuable learning opportunity and hopes to jointly promote the application and development of critical care ultrasound technology in clinical practice.

During the training course, Professor Wang Xiaoting, Professor Zhao Hua, and other professors led the CCUSG domestic senior training team to the site for special lectures. The curriculum adopted a three-in-one teaching method combining theory, hands-on practice, and case-based training. Through special theoretical lectures, case discussions, Q&A sessions, and hands-on guidance, the participating trainees consolidated their theoretical knowledge of critical care while strengthening their practical clinical application experience in ultrasound skills.

This training continued the rigorous, systematic, and standardized teaching style of CCUSG, guiding trainees on how to use critical care ultrasound to solve practical problems through real images, videos, and case analyses. The course content covered critical care ultrasound skills, critical care thinking, hemodynamic therapy, and clinical applications. The in-depth explanations and practical teaching by the experts greatly benefited the trainees, creating a very enthusiastic learning atmosphere. Trainees generally reported that the training significantly enhanced their understanding of critical care ultrasound and broadened their clinical diagnostic and treatment perspectives.
