Experts Gather to Discuss Healthy Sleep! The Second HeYou Sleep Health Salon Concludes Successfully

On the afternoon of April 25, the Department of Neurology at HeYou Hospital took the lead in inviting experts from various departments of HeYou Hospital, as well as relevant leaders and social workers from the “Yixin Community,” to conduct the second salon activity of the “Sleep-Specific Theme Salon — Multidisciplinary Management of Sleep Disorders” at HeYou Meihe Hospital.

This event brought together 11 experts and leading physicians from the Departments of Neurology, Neurosurgery, Otolaryngology, Urology, Psychology, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Rehabilitation, Anesthesiology, the Health Management Center, the Physical Examination Center, and the Respiratory Department at HeYou Hospital. Through multidisciplinary collaboration, they provided a comprehensive analysis of scientific and healthy sleep.

An interactive Q&A session was set up on-site, inviting relevant social work leaders, managers, and rehabilitation therapists from Yixin Social Work to consult and ask questions to the experts regarding key sleep issues faced by community seniors. The department directors listened attentively and provided patient answers, offering professional advice and solutions for seniors troubled by sleep problems. The atmosphere on-site was lively.

This educational salon was simultaneously live-streamed on the video channel, accumulating 12,000 likes, 2,000 views, and over 200 shares in 90 minutes. During the live broadcast, the event was simultaneously linked offline to 11 community public welfare stations in Beijiao, Leliu, and other areas. Nearly 90 social workers and rehabilitation therapists watched the live stream, and over 500 seniors in the community were organized to watch, realizing the HeYou characteristic “Hospital-Community Collaboration” science education lecture model.
