To promote the Nightingale spirit and carry forward excellent nursing qualities, on the afternoon of May 9, HeYou Hospital held the 2024 Commemoration of the “5·12” International Nurses Day Conference. He Xiangjian, Founder of Midea and Chairman of Midea Holding, Li Li, Director of the Management Committee of HeYou International Hospital Group, and Liu Xiaofang, Deputy Director of the Group Management Committee and President of HeYou Hospital, attended the event.

This year's International Nurses Day theme is “Our Nurses. Our Future. The Economic Power of Care.” In his address, Zheng Qijin, Member of the Management Committee of HeYou International Hospital Group and Vice President of HeYou Hospital, stated that nurses are practitioners of excellent service. At this crucial moment before HeYou's opening, the nursing team has worked day and night with continuous improvement, embodying the outstanding qualities of HeYou people. He urged everyone to continue practicing Mr. He Xiangjian's “Three Threes” hospital-building philosophy, committed to providing high-quality, efficient, and humanized diagnosis and treatment services, continuously optimizing processes and clinical practices, delivering exceptional care to patients, and establishing HeYou as an industry benchmark.

During the oath-taking session, all nurses raised their right hands, clenched fists over their shoulders, and reaffirmed the Nightingale Pledge—“I solemnly pledge myself before God and in the presence of this assembly, to pass my life in purity and to practice my profession faithfully. I will abstain from whatever is deleterious and mischievous, and will not take or knowingly administer any harmful drug. I will do all in my power to maintain and elevate the standard of my profession. I will hold in confidence all personal matters committed to my keeping and all family affairs coming to my knowledge in the practice of my calling. With loyalty will I endeavor to aid the physician in his work, and devote myself to the welfare of those committed to my care.”

Liu Xiaofang, Deputy Director of the Management Committee of HeYou International Hospital Group and President of HeYou Hospital, delivered a speech. He emphasized that building a “different hospital” is Mr. He Xiangjian's original aspiration and the mission of all HeYou people.
