Insured persons who need to undergo prenatal checkups or give birth in another city should go to the Social Security Office of each town (street) in Foshan City to fill out the "Guangdong Province Out-of-City Medical Treatment Maternity Insurance Registration Form" and complete the prenatal examination site selection and out-of-city medical treatment maternity insurance registration procedures.
