On the afternoon of March 29, 20 expectant parent families from Beijiao Town gathered at the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of HeYou Hospital. Under the professional guidance of Head Nurse Li Chunni and Nurses Xu Jie, Zhang Zhenzhen, and Wu Wenli, they embarked on a special journey of pregnancy growth.

Complete Guide to Doula Delivery: Unlocking Gentle Birth Positions. Nurse Xu Jie from the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department taught expectant parents about doula delivery, explaining the mechanical advantages of lateral positioning, the use of gravity in standing delivery, pelvic optimization in kneeling positions, and the comfort balance of sitting positions, helping parents-to-be build confidence in childbirth.

Graceful Dance Steps for Body and Mind: Elegantly Blooming Pregnancy Moments. Head Nurse Li Chunni provided on-site instruction, using dance to reshape body awareness during pregnancy. Through partner mirror dancing, all expectant mothers present experienced joy and relaxation during childbirth.

Level 10 Contraction Pain Experience: Father Challenge Crowned with Love. Accompanied by the obstetrics nurses, fathers participated in an immersive childbirth pain experience, enhancing the intimate bond between expectant parents during delivery.

Full Panorama Tour Without Filters: A Reassuring Choice Within Reach. At the end of the event, parents visited the obstetrics delivery rooms in the HeYou Hospital inpatient building. The warm and comfortable delivery room environment received high praise from the parents.
