Xiamen Chang Gung Hospital Leaders Visit HeYou for Exchange, Collaborating on a New Chapter of High-Quality Medical Development

From June 4 to 5, General Manager Liu Zhigang of Xiamen Chang Gung Hospital, along with two colleagues, visited HeYou International Hospital Group for an exchange. This visit aimed to enhance mutual understanding, share advanced management experience, and lay a solid foundation for future cooperation in operational management, discipline development, and international medical services.

On the morning of the 5th, accompanied by Li Hengxu, Deputy Director of the Management Committee and Vice President of HeYou International Hospital Group, General Manager Liu Zhigang, Assistant to the General Manager (Management Department) Qiu Junjie, and Director (International Medical Department) Wu Danfeng from Xiamen Chang Gung Hospital visited HeYou Hospital and HeYou Zhizhen Hospital. They gained detailed insights into HeYou's progress and distinctive features in planning concepts, hardware facilities, service models, and technology introduction.

Following the visit, a symposium was held. Attendees included Li Li, Director of the Management Committee of HeYou International Hospital Group; President Liu Xiaofang; Vice President Li Hengxu; and Qu Yao, Director of the Financial Management Department.

Both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on core topics such as lean hospital management, operational efficiency improvement, brand building and market promotion, and modern supply chain management. General Manager Liu Zhigang highly commended HeYou's high-standard construction planning, clear strategic positioning, and the professional competence of its team, expressing anticipation for strategic cooperation between the two sides.
