The nursing team has developed a comprehensive and systematic nursing pathway covering PICC catheterization and port maintenance, management of complex complications, lymphedema care, radiotherapy-related skin management, functional exercises after head, neck, and breast radiotherapy, respiratory training, nutritional support, pain management, and transitional care, effectively improving patients' treatment experience and quality of life.

They can provide personalized assistance to patients and their families in appointment scheduling, treatment coordination, medication management, nutritional counseling, home care, and psychological support, serving as the "life manager" and "trusted advisor" for cancer patients.
