Outpatient medical records are generally updated synchronously the next day (emergency and gastroenteroscopy medical records are not displayed on the official account; if needed, please consult the corresponding nurse station for printing.)

Patients aged 65 and above are exempt from registration fees, except for emergency services, night clinics, MDT consultations, and special needs services (subject to actual on-site conditions).

HeYou Hospital Outpatient and Emergency Consultation Hours: General outpatient consultation hours are from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM in the morning and 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM in the afternoon. Emergency services are available 24 hours. The Pediatrics Department offers midday and evening clinics. The Rehabilitation Medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Stomatology, Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Rheumatology and Immunology, Respiratory Medicine, Cardiology, First Orthopedics, and Second Orthopedics departments offer evening clinics (not available daily). However, specific outpatient consultation hours are subject to the department schedules and doctor appointment availability on the official WeChat account. It is recommended to check the appointment information on the official WeChat account for scheduling.

HeYou Hospital is a private tertiary general hospital. For commercial insurance, patients need to pay out-of-pocket first and then apply for reimbursement. Whether the out-of-pocket expenses can be reimbursed depends on the insurance policy. The hospital only provides medical services and does not assume the outcome of claims. Please confirm with your insurance company for details.

Late arrival rule: After checking in at the hospital, the patient will be seen last in the time slot of check-in. For example, if a patient has an appointment for 14:00-14:30 but checks in at 14:40, this is considered late, and the patient will be seen last in the 14:30-15:00 time slot. It is recommended to come to the hospital and check in as soon as possible during the doctor's consultation hours.

Walk a few hundred meters from Exit A of Meidadao Station, and you will see a shuttle bus sign with a contact number on it. If needed, you can call the number to request a pick-up.

Appointment registration: You can scan the QR code to enter the mini program, then select the hospital and click on appointment registration.

Bring your ID card / medical insurance card, first create a file and get a medical card, then register, wait for consultation, see the doctor, pay fees, undergo examinations / collect medication.

HeYou Hospital is a designated medical insurance hospital. Out-of-town medical insurance generally requires out-of-town registration. Whether it can be reimbursed after successful registration depends on your local medical insurance policy (such as outpatient reimbursement benefits). If eligible, it can generally be used normally through the medical insurance system, subject to the actual system verification.
