HeYou Hospital and Zhongshan Maxin Hospital Jointly Promote Regional Medical Collaborative Development, Building a New Pattern of Tiered Diagnosis and Treatment

To deepen the implementation of the national tiered diagnosis and treatment policy and promote the universal access of high-quality medical resources to the grassroots, on April 17, 2025, a delegation from HeYou Hospital visited Zhongshan Maxin Hospital for cooperation discussions. Representatives from HeYou Hospital and President Zhao Caipin of Zhongshan Maxin Hospital reached multiple consensuses on jointly building a regional medical collaboration mechanism and enhancing grassroots service capabilities.

This cooperation, with the goal of “empowering the grassroots with technology and benefiting the people with services,” focuses on advancing the following areas: First, brand co-building and resource sharing. Both parties will jointly carry out medical technology promotion and health education activities to strengthen the synergistic effect of the regional medical brand. Second, joint development of key disciplines. Leveraging the technological advantages of HeYou Hospital, a full-process service system will be established through mechanisms such as expert remote multidisciplinary team (MDT) consultations and a green channel for two-way referrals. Third, innovating the medical alliance model. New forms of cooperation, such as “Famous Doctor Workstations,” will be piloted to facilitate the deployment of expert teams from HeYou Hospital to the grassroots, providing residents of Zhongshan and surrounding areas with high-quality medical services at their “doorstep.”

This cooperation represents an innovative practice in regional medical collaborative development. Through technology transfer and resource integration, HeYou Hospital will assist grassroots hospitals in enhancing their service capabilities, reducing the burden of cross-regional medical visits for patients, and truly achieving the diagnostic and treatment goal of “major diseases treated within the district.” President Zhao Caipin of Zhongshan Maxin Hospital emphasized that both parties will work closely to optimize resource allocation and provide more efficient and precise medical health security for regional residents.
