The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as hospital operation and development, improvement of medical quality, and innovation in medical services.

Focusing on Hospital Development, Jointly Promoting Medical Quality Improvement
During the symposium, Sun Yang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of HeYou Hospital Group, reported to the leaders of the District Health Bureau on the hospital's operational status over the past year and the work plan for the next phase. Since its official operation, HeYou Hospital has always adhered to its motto of "Upholding Integrity and Dedication, Safeguarding Life." It has provided health examination services to 110,000 person-times and outpatient diagnosis and treatment to 340,000 person-times. Nearly 20,000 patients have received inpatient treatment, and over 4,100 surgeries of various types have been successfully performed, including more than 2,500 high-difficulty Grade III and IV surgeries. In terms of emergency care, HeYou has established five emergency centers, equipped with five ambulances, providing 24-hour emergency services. To date, it has helped nearly 30,000 people escape danger.
The HeYou team adheres to ethical medical practices and upholds the "No Red Envelope" commitment. The volunteer service team has over 300 volunteers, with a cumulative service duration exceeding 20,000 hours. Under the party-building brand "HeYou Medicine + Charity," a total of 333 HeYou public welfare activities have been conducted, bringing high-quality medical resources to more people. Over the past year, leaders at the provincial, municipal, and district levels have provided on-site guidance, remote assistance, training, and empowerment to help HeYou resolve various issues, offering the hospital the greatest support and assistance.
In the future, HeYou will continue to adhere to a patient-centered approach, persistently improve the quality of medical services, optimize the medical treatment process and patient experience, and actively explore innovations in medical service models. Specific efforts will be continuously advanced in areas such as hospital accreditation at various levels, the proton and heavy ion project, the construction of the second phase project, scientific research innovation, the development of the education and training center, and the deepening of external cooperation.
Deepening Government-Hospital Collaboration, Jointly Planning New Development Chapters
The leaders of the District Health Bureau affirmed the operational achievements of HeYou Hospital over the past year. They carefully discussed and analyzed the key work list for the next phase item by item, offering valuable suggestions and guidance for potential difficulties.
The leaders of the District Health Bureau also pointed out that the hospital can leverage its own advantages, utilizing the expertise of HeYou Hospital's oncology team and the power of proton and heavy ion equipment, to conduct in-depth research on tumor treatment in Shunde District, jointly promoting the development of oncology services in the region. Additionally, the hospital can rely on the strong industrial chain of Midea Group to innovate health products, promote the integration of sports and medicine, and comprehensively improve the health quality of the people. At the same time, the hospital must further strengthen medical quality and safety management, standardize diagnosis and treatment practices, and ensure emergency response capabilities to effectively safeguard the health rights and interests of the people.
This research activity fully reflects the high importance the Shunde District Health Bureau places on the development of HeYou Hospital and also points the way for the hospital's next steps. HeYou Hospital will take this research as an opportunity to continuously improve its medical technology level and service quality, providing the public with higher quality and more convenient medical services.
